We do not gather any information about you from third parties. When you generate a “zone” and add your name, your name and contribution is registered and will, at the end of the campaign, be forwarded to the Polish government, as stated on the website. The legal basis for this processing is GDPR article 6.1(b), processing necessary for the “performance a contract”, i.e. to ensure that the contribution and name is transmitted as stated. Amnesty does not receive government support and is dependent on donations from private individuals to continue our work. For this reason you may experience online marketing, in the form of banner advertisements from Amnesty International Norway, after your visit on the site. This is based on the use of cookies and encrypted data (see further below for more information on the use of cookies). The advertisements will be in a form that is hopefully relevant and interesting to you in a non-invasive manner, and therefore should not be of any considerable disadvantage. If you have turned off or if you delete cookies on your device, after your visit, you will not experience any targeted marketing based on your visit. The legal basis for this processing is GDPR Article 6.1(f), i.e. the pursuit of legitimate interest. >>Disclosure or transmission of personal information<< As stated on the site, and above, the “zone” you generate and your name will be transmitted to the Polish government in agreement with the instructions and intentions of the site. Amnesty never sells or discloses your personal information to third parties. However, in order to set up this site, we needed the help of some subcontractors or data processors. Our partners are always chosen with strict regards to privacy, security and confidentiality so that your personal information is kept safely and may not be used for other purposes. >>Deletion<< You have the right to decide that your personal information shall be deleted from the site. If you change your mind and want us to delete your name and contribution to the campaign before it is transmitted, you may contact us and we will help you to delete your personal information.
